I tried for about a month to sell my GT500 on marketplace. I called Joey at Exotic Cars just to see about their process. Before the end of a conversation, I knew I was going to list my car through them to try to help me sell. Within a couple days he had somebody at my doorstep to take over 100 pictures of my car And within a week. It was posted on a lot of different media sites. I had a few offers in the next couple weeks, excepting one for more than I was even listing it for when I was trying to sell on my own. Shortly after I started working with Samone on the paperwork side and within a week after my inspection, I had money in my account And they were scheduled to pick up the car. Overall I had a great experience with exotic car trader. They made the frustrating process of selling my cars so much easier. I sold 3 cars with them and will definitely use them again in the future. This was my first experience Selling a car online. I can sum up my experience with one sentence, The guys at Exotic Car Trader wired money to my account, after I sent the title for the new buyer, and I have done virtually nothing. They do everything from getting professional pictures to letting you know about serious buyers with money. Shopping for the right toy car isn't all butterflies and rainbows. I hadn't heard of ECT prior to this exercise, but I was favorably impressed with how well the platform and the people made the process as painless as possible. As a buyer, I was kept closely in the loop, but wasn't pressured. ECT tried to make the interaction with the Seller as pleasant and productive as possible. Unfortunately, the Seller in this case changed his mind, and the deal couldn't happen...but not through a lack of effort on ECT. I'll keep them on my radar. Maybe next time.
