Overview of 1953 Chevrolet Bel Air For Sale by Owner

Let’s get one thing straight, a Bel Air in beautiful condition is rare to come by. You can develop a bond with this kind of soulful car and it is always a great time when you show up in one of these at a car show. What you see before you is an example of the 1953 Chevrolet Bel Air Sport Coupe. This model year is an important mark for Bel Air as Chevrolet renamed its series, and the Bel Air name was applied to the premium model range. It was given a facelift and was advertised as "Entirely new through and through". This particular Bel Air is a restored car with just 20K miles on the build. The interior is said to be mostly original and is currently available for sale in Florida.

Exterior and Interior

The Bel Air's redesign in 1953 included the removal of the early models' split windshields. The model also has a large chrome strip molding from the rear fender bulge to the rear bumper. The inside of this stripe was painted a color that contrasted the exterior's color, and "Bel Air" scripts were placed inside. Our subject 1953 Chevrolet Bel Air has a recently done blue paint with a white strip framed in chrome. The car's front end is new and iconic chrome bumpers surround the vehicle. Chrome trim beautifies the car further and LED undercarriage lighting gives it a glowing stance. Whitewall tires give this Bel Air a period-correct look while the Rhino-lined undercarriage protects the car from debris and corrosion. The mostly original interior boasts a chrome steering wheel with Mahogany wood trim as its centerpiece. The Bluetooth sound system with an amplifier and subwoofer keeps the passengers entertained. The Driver can enjoy the convenience of power steering with this Bel Air.

Engine

Under the bulging hood of this 1953 Chevrolet Bel Air Sport Coupe Restomod is a new L98 350ci V8 engine that is married to a new 700R4 automatic transmission. Disc brakes all around provide stopping power while the car rides on Air Shocks in the rear and coil overs in the front.
