Let’s start with the most striking aspect of this car: its exterior. Our subject 1957 Chevrolet Bel Air is draped in an elegant black paint that is complemented by white accents and chrome fittings. Its tail fins protrude outward and are beautifully enhanced with a white stripe that gives the car a two-tone bodyside treatment. This area, which is framed by chrome strips, displays the Bel Air moniker. Staying true to its time period, this 1957 Chevrolet Bel Air rides on beautiful whitewall tires that are fitted to period-correct Chevrolet wheels. The front facia of the car is the epitome of ’50s design elements. The headlights are round and fit inside cylinders that look like they come from the fenders. Between them is the Chevrolet insignia in gold. On the hood are notable rocket bullet ornaments that protrude outwards. At the very bottom is a board grille that also holds the indicator and the Chevrolet badge. According to the owner of this 1957 Chevrolet Bel Air, the interior is all original. It's trimmed in turquoise and features black features for contrast. The large two-spoke steering wheel is also turquoise and chrome, while the gauges in front of it are black.

Engine

Powering this 1957 Chevrolet Bel Air is a new 350ci V8 engine that is coupled with a four-speed manual transmission. The power is sent to the rear wheels, and according to Chevy, these engines are reportedly capable of producing around 145 to 370 horsepower.
