This Chevy sits on coil over suspension for improved handling. It also sports custom wheels, which clear enormous 6-piston disc brakes from big-brake-kit specialists Wilwood.
Under the hood of this second-generation Chevelle is Chevrolets 496ci V8 engine that has been upgraded to run Edlebrock fuel injection. Improving reliability is a one-belt serpentine belt system replacing the original V-belt. Other upgrades include oil catch cans, an electric water pump, and an AL7 ignition. Power is delivered through an automatic gearbox, with this Chevy utilizing a 9” rear end.
