If there ever was a definitive station wagon, the Chevy Nomad has got to be it! In fact, Chevy used the Nomad nameplate mostly on station wagons. Firstly, these wagons were based on the Tri-Five from 1955 to 1957, Then, they shifted to a Bel Air base from 1958 to 1961 and subsequently, a Chevelle base between 1968 and 1972.
