Chevy’s fine third-generation or C3 Corvette was a car with looks that its powertrain couldn’t quite capitalize on, thanks to the Malaise Era, emissions controls and fuel saving requirements of the Seventies through early Eighties. But this 1981 Chevrolet Corvette Supercharged from Norfolk, Virginia aims to address that shortfall. It’s packing a supercharged L81 V8 under the hood with an LS camshaft upgrade and many more tasty little goodies to make it a real treat to drive.
