Overview of 2010 AM General Humvee M1123 For Sale by Owner

Forget Hummer H1s, what if you want a good, proper military vehicle to proudly park in your driveway and take around town? Even if you had an HOA, they wouldn’t dare come and tell you not to park it on your own property! That, and much more is what you can enjoy with this 2010 AM General Humvee M1123 Troop Carrier from Houston. With a mere 256 miles on the clock, this proper military machine rocks a Green Camo paint job, black vinyl seats, LED headlamps and more. The current owner says that the condenser is not currently installed, but included with the sale of this vehicle.

Exterior and Interior

The Green Camo paint job worn by this 2010 AM General Humvee M1123 Troop Carrier makes it look like it just came back from active duty somewhere in the tropics. With its LED headlamps, bench rails and open top, this would make a great vehicle for exploring the wonderful wilderness of our country. The vehicle certainly has the chops for it, with a proper four-wheel drive system and the requisite tired for rugged terrain. The interior of this 2010 AM General Humvee M1123 Troop Carrier is pretty open to the elements, and comes in green. You’ve got a very military-like cabin, from the no-nonsense dials to the pull-out knobs for the heating and ventilation system. Just look at that steering wheel and those sturdy gear and transfer case levers, this thing was meant to be driven hard and treated with minimal care. Two vinyl seats are present inside the cabin, while the exterior seating area features characterful wood benches. Of course, if you want more comfort, you should either get a custom cushion made for these, or replace them with something else. Or, you could remove the benches entirely and create a custom passenger area – you could even turn it into a camper!

Engine

This 2010 AM General Humvee M1123 Troop Carrier features a 6.5-liter V8 to make its bulk move with conviction. There’s an automatic transmission and a dual-range transfer case on board, too. And yes, it’s got proper four-wheel drive so you can literally climb mountains and ford streams. In almost all cases, the limiting factor won’t be the vehicle’s capability, but the skill level of its driver.
