



When the Ford Motor Company released their F-150 Shelby Raptor back in 2013, it was an instant hit among their buyers, and it even pulled customers of other brands. The F-150 Shelby Raptor is Ford's answer for an ultra-high-performance truck, and as such, it is the street-legal counterpart of the Baja truck or trophy truck. The F-150 Shelby Raptor was made with off-roading in mind and is currently on its third generation. On it’s own the F-150 Raptor is widely sought after, add Shelby to the mix and you will get a whole different story with people clamoring to see it and buy it. This Ford F-150 Shelby Raptor Baja is finished off in a menacing black-on-black exterior color along with the Shelby rally stripes on the hood and roof. the front features a Shelby functional dual intake hood, a Shelby Baja front bumper, custom Shelby grille insert, custom grille lights, two 10” LED driving lights, and a 30” curved LED light bar in the middle. While the exterior is a rugged affair, the interior features Shelby full leather in black with red accents. A Shelby custom Carbon Fiber interior trim is also present. The official Shelby Baja Raptor embroidery is visible on the seats and floor mats. Of course there are plenty of creature comforts including dual-zone climate control, heated and ventilated electric front seats, and a B&O sound system, plus the usual things you’d expect.

Having the Shelby name on this truck is not just cosmetic, the true beauty of this 2021 Ford F-150 Shelby Raptor Baja is the improvements done to the twin-turbo 3.5L EcoBoost V6. These upgrades include an open-air performance intake with a high flow filter, Shelby oversized air intake tube, a performance aluminum intercooler, as well a host of other options. A suspension lift is added by Shelby. Shelby has also added a proprietary performance tune which boosts the engine's power output from 450hp to more than 500hp.
