When it comes to luxurious convertibles, Mercedes-Benz has always had the market cornered. But, with the announcement that from 2021 Mercedes-Benz will be dropping the next-generation S-Class Coupe and Convertible from their US line-up, this S-Class Convertible could well be one of the last examples of such luxury, poise, and power available to discerning customers in a drop-top body-style. What makes this 2017 Mercedes-AMG S63 4Matic more special is that it’s an “Edition 130” limited release trim which was created to commemorate 130 years of the internal combustion engine. Exterior and Interior
The interior combination of red and black leather is complemented by piano black dashboard trim with carbon fiber — an interior option unique to the Edition 130 version of the Mercedes-AMG S63 Cabriolet. You’ll also find Edition 130 insignias dotted around the cabin. Engine
The AMG-developed engine on the S63 is a 5.5-liter V8 with two turbos which outputs 585hp and 664 lb-ft of torque.
