Overview of 2007 Porsche 911 Turbo For Sale by Owner

The 911 is a series of high-performance sports cars produced by German auto-manufacturer Porsche since 1964. It is highly recognized as one of the most popular and capable cars that Porsche has in their offering, with countless awards and recognition for its achievements in motorsport. The 997 such as the one featured is the internal name given by Porsche for models produced between 2004 and 2007. This generation of the 911 was well received by auto enthusiasts around the world for its beautiful exterior design, with mostly positive reviews. Even British auto journalist and former TopGear presenter Jeremy Clarkson praised the 997, stating that it will “make love to your fingertips and stir your soul”. This specific turbo model has done just 22,000 miles and currently resides in Colorado.

Exterior and Interior

The 997 received a multitude of exterior changes from the previous model, which included the new ‘bug eye’ headlights upfront, wide fenders, and sharper taillights at the back. This Carrera white 911 hosts a series of exterior modifications which includes a Tech Art Body kit and has been lowered using a set of Accu Air S3 suspension with airlift struts to sit on beautiful bronze Rennen forged wheels to give it an aggressive stance. A rear window wiper is also included. Inside the car is a rare and special Terracotta leather interior which includes sports heated front seats with a full leather insert and Porsche crests embroidered in the headrests, a matching Terracotta steering wheel, dashboard, and headliner along with contrasting silver accents in the cabin.

Engine

A series of custom modifications have been fitted into the already capable 3.6L H6 twin-turbo engine that includes an upgraded intercooler and headers, an aftermarket cold air intake along with a Sport Chrono package turbo as well as an axle differential lock in the rear, resulting in a seriously fast machine that is controlled by a 6-speed standard manual transmission.

VERIFIED SELLER
$89,999

The 1972 Porsche 911 T Coupe represents one of the most unique and collectible variants of the long-hood 911 lineage. As part of Porsche’s F-Series generation, the 911 T combined lightweight driving dynamics with the company’s proven air-cooled flat-six formula. The 1972 model year is especially significant because it was the only year Porsche fitted the now-famous external oil filler door, known by enthusiasts as the “Ölklappe.” Designed to improve weight distribution by relocating the oil tank ahead of the rear axle, this feature has become one of the most recognizable identifiers of a genuine 1972 911. This example is finished in attractive Albert Blue over a tan interior and shows approximately 76,346 miles.
