Named after a fighter jet which was in turn named after a nautical swashbuckling sword, the Oldsmobile Cutlass is well-known for being one of those American stalwarts of the Sixties, Seventies and Eighties. For much of its life, the Cutlass was a personal luxury car, competing with the likes of the Ford T-Bird and the rest of the class. Today’s 1972 Oldsmobile Cutlass is one fine example of this, and it’s from the third generation. Exterior and Interior
