Overview of 2017 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 LTZ Z71 Supercharged For Sale by Owner

A Chevrolet Silverado 1500 is typically thought of as a workhorse that belongs on a construction site or farm. However, this particular 2017 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 LTZ Z71 is here to prove the stereotypes wrong. This custom build is a showpiece that has been upgraded inside and out. According to the current owner, this Silverado has seen 54,903 miles so far but has received an engine rebuilt less than 6,000 miles ago. It awaits in Lindenhurst, New York to become its next owners' pride and joy.

Exterior and Interior

From afar, this 2017 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 LTZ Z71 with a blacked-out appearance doesn’t seem like anything special. However, when you take a closer look, the 20" Black Fuel wheels, custom Green painted brake calipers, green painted two hooks, and a few green accented badging around the vehicle give subtle hints that this is a special example. The exterior is neat overall, and it recently got a ceramic coating and paint correction according to reports. New Nitto Terra-Grappler G tires provide a much-needed grip to this unassuming beast while new front and rear Powerstop rotors and pads offer excellent stopping power. The inside of this 2017 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 is comfortable and filled with conveniences you wish for in a modern pickup. It is furnished with green carpets to complement the accent color of the exterior. The dash consists of analog gauges while the center console has knobs and buttons arrayed under a small screen.

Engine

This 2017 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 LTZ Z71 is equipped with a 6.2L V8 that is topped with an LT4 supercharger and a custom engine and transmission tune resulting in 600 horsepower at the wheels. According to the present owner, this powerhouse features a new main bearing set, gaskets, seals, spark plugs, a water pump, and a serpentine belt. A K&N air filter, racing thermostat, and Mishimoto silicone hose kit improve cooling and airflow. ARP head studs, 3/8 pushrods, Johnson link bar lifters, and a Texas Speed & Performance camshaft are among the performance enhancements. Additionally, it has a 9.5" torque converter for optimum power delivery and an Innovators West 10% overdrive pulley.

Beyond its GM Performance LS3 powerplant and Tremec 6-speed manual transmission, this Camaro benefits from an extensive Chris Alston Chassisworks transformation that modernizes nearly every aspect of the driving experience. Finished in Imperial Blue Metallic with gray stripes and complemented by a custom blue and gray interior, it combines the unmistakable style of Chevrolet’s most desirable Camaro generation with the handling, braking, comfort, and reliability expected from a contemporary performance car. With its true mileage unknown, this Camaro stands apart as a professionally engineered restomod rather than simply a restored classic, offering a level of refinement rarely found among vintage muscle car convertibles.
