Overview of 2023 Chevrolet Corvette Convertible For Sale by Owner

Arguably, Chevrolet's most popular car is the Chevrolet Corvette which spans more than 60 years of production and eight generations of speed and power. The Corvette has since become widely known and accepted as "America's Sports Car." The eighth generation of the Corvette was introduced in 2020. It is also the first to brandish the Corvette Stingray name since 1976. Every year since 2020, the Corvette has made improvements and updates. Up for the taking is a brand new 2023 Chevrolet Corvette in the convertible body style, with a negligible 36 miles on the odometer.

Exterior and Interior

Chevrolet offers the 2023 Corvette with a 12-option paint job. This particular 2023 Chevrolet Corvette convertible sports the Red Mist Metallic Tintcoat with a body-colored retractable roof. A set of 5-spoke Bright Silver painted open spoke wheels grace the Corvette with the crossed-flag emblems for the wheel caps and a "CORVETTE" lettering in gray on one of the spokes. Lurking behind the wheels can be seen the black-painted brake calipers with white Corvette script. The exterior is host to Carbon Flash accents along with Carbon Flash badging. This Corvette comes equipped with the 2LT trim package, which adds many features, starting with the interior's two-tone Jet Black and Adrenaline Red color scheme. The GT1 seats are wrapped in genuine Nappa leather and feature carbon-fiber trim with a seatback halo and power lumbar with wing adjustment. Other options for the 2LT trim include a HUD, wireless phone charging, heated and vented seating, heated steering wheel, navigation with traffic, power-folding mirrors, rear camera mirror, the memory package, curb view camera, side blind zone alert, rear cross-traffic alert, parcel nets, advanced theft-deterrent system and an impressive 14-speaker audio system from Bose's Performance Series.

Engine

This 2023 Chevrolet Corvette convertible comes packing a punch with its 6.2L V8 DI engine coupled to an 8-speed dual-clutch transmission. Power output is at 495hp, along with 470 lb.ft of torque. 0-60 mph is clocked at 2.9 seconds with a top speed of 194 mph. The Corvette comes with the next-gen Magnetic Selective Ride Control 4.0, which features a fluid containing metal particles that align and become rigid instantly.

Few Corvettes command attention quite like a mid-year C2 Sting Ray, and this 1966 Chevrolet Corvette Convertible presents an especially intriguing blend of factory styling, long-term ownership, and high-performance upgrades. Showing approximately 39,045 miles, this iconic American sports car is finished in timeless Tuxedo Black over a Saddle vinyl interior, creating one of the most desirable color combinations available during the era. Adding to its appeal, the current owner reports having owned the car since 1971, representing more than five decades of stewardship. The current owner also reports that the car was repainted in its factory-correct Tuxedo Black finish in 1985, helping preserve its classic appearance. While originally produced during the golden age of big-block Corvettes, the current owner further reports that the car now houses a legendary L88-spec 427ci V8 engine swap, elevating its performance pedigree significantly. Additional highlights include a body-colored removable hardtop, factory teak wood steering wheel, Mako-inspired six-tail-light conversion, and included accessories such as a car cover, roof stand, original hardtop, and original convertible top.
