This Chevelle Malibu has a 1965-spec 396 L-34 engine that has been overbored by .40. It is paired to a 3-speed automatic transmission that features General Motor’s Posi-traction limited-slip differential. Other tasty additions to this GM engine include a Crane PowerMax camshaft as well as a forged steel crankshaft. The engine is finished with a Holly Quadrajet carburetor and breathes via Hooker headers.
