Ever since the first generation of the G-Class was introduced to the market, Mercedes-Benz started to contend among rough-and-tumble 4x4s, and when it became more luxurious from 1990 onwards, it started trading punches with the likes of the Range Rover, in the luxury 4x4 class. Gone were the spartan and utilitarian, and in came refinement complement its purpose of being a luxury SUV. It didn’t take long to pair the iconic AMG badge with the G-Class, and this resulted in a powerful and versatile formula. 2012’s G63 AMG saw a major change with the introduction of the monstrous 5.5 Liter twin turbo engine that offered higher performance, enhanced efficiency and lower emissions. This is a 2013 Mercedes-Benz G63 AMG just 42,500 miles on the clock, hailing from New York.
The G-Class looks best when it’s dressed in all black and this 2013 Mercedes-Benz G63 AMG is a prime example with its Designo Night Black Magno exterior, and black double-spoke alloy wheels with new tires.
