Few cars have managed to command the respect and prestige associated with the S-Class line from Mercedes-Benz. The “Sonderklasse” or special class has been the jewel in the three-pointed star’s crown for decades. The S63 has seen extensive revisions by the lab-coats at AMG — Mercedes-Benz’s performance arm. The star of the formula is a Bi-turbo V8 but, with a host of other tweaks including larger brakes, and fettled suspension, the S63 AMG form Mercedes-Benz is the complete package. This car, with just over 40,000 miles and a clean Carfax report, has been further tuned and provides great value for a fraction of what it was sold for brand-new.
The interior is the show-stopping piece of any S-Class, more so when it comes to the top-of-the-line S63 AMG which is loaded with virtually every conceivable option that was offered. This S63 AMG features brown leather seats which are heated and also includes additional coffee-brown material lining the dashboard and extended leather of the cabin. Also included is a panoramic sunroof, adaptive cruise control and reclining rear seats. Externally this S63 sits on tastefully chosen aftermarket wheels. To match the rims the badges and trim on the Mercedes-Benz S-Class have also been blacked-out.
With a 5.5 liter bi-turbo V8, the S63 is certainly not lacking in the power department. And, with 577 hp and 664 lb-ft of torque, it doesn’t take much willing to get the S63 to shoot forwards. This car also features a stage 2 tune, unlocking even more power from the V8. Power goes to the ground via Mercedes’ 4-Matic AWD system, ensuring surefooted handling, whatever the conditions may be.

The 2015 Mercedes-Benz S 63 AMG 4MATIC Coupe represents the perfect fusion of luxury and high performance, delivering flagship comfort with unmistakable AMG power. As part of the prestigious S-Class lineup, this coupe offers grand touring capability with aggressive styling and advanced technology. Showing 83,478 miles, this example has been enjoyed while still maintaining its presence as a premium performance coupe. Finished in a sleek black-on-black specification, it carries a timeless and understated look, further complemented by tasteful upgrades such as aftermarket wheels and an enhanced sound system. With its twin-turbo V8, all-wheel-drive system, and refined cabin, this S 63 AMG Coupe remains one of the most well-rounded luxury performance cars of its era.

The S-Class nameplate is one with a long history of producing technologically advanced, full-size luxury sedans. However, for a few years between 2015 and 2021 it also came in the form of a coupe (named the C217 generation). It filled the role left empty by the retirement of the CL-Class and followed the same concept: pillarless luxury grand tourer. The S63 AMG version added the word ‘high performance’ to that description and shares the same drivetrain as its sedan counterpart. Mercedes packed the S coupe with the same industry-leading technology that the sedan got, but the market for a car of this caliber was quite niche, leading to its discontinuation after 2021 as it didn’t meet the production numbers that Mercedes wanted (leaving buyers with the option of getting an E-Class coupe or an SL now). While the relatively low sales were bad news for Mercedes, it means that current and future S-Class Coupe owners have a rarer car on their hands, potentially making it a sought-after future classic one day (especially the more desirable models like the S 63 AMG).

The most popular mainstream luxury car in the world, the Mercedes-Benz S-Class represents an aspirational point and a life goal for many. It’s a full-size luxury car that you treat yourself to, when you can afford one and have made it in life. The S-Class name came in 1972, but the model itself has parentage dating back to 1954. Of course, you’ll also find performance-oriented examples fettled by none other than AMG, those famous Mercedes-Benz tuners who are now a part of the parent company – in fact, they’ve got a line-up of Mercedes-AMG models available. Today, we’ve got a potent 2008 Mercedes-Benz S63 AMG from W221 era or fifth generation of S-Class. This car comes from Bonita Springs, Florida and has amassed around 110,000 miles, ready for action.

Representing one of the most enduring luxury roadsters ever built, this 1986 Mercedes-Benz 560 SL embodies the timeless engineering and elegant restraint that defined Mercedes-Benz in the 1980s. Showing 110,111 miles, this U.S.-spec R107 is powered by the flagship V8 introduced for the American market in 1986, making it one of the most desirable variants of the legendary SL lineage. Finished in classic black over a Palomino leather interior, this 560 SL delivers the kind of analog grand touring experience that has made the R107 one of Mercedes-Benz’s most collectible modern classics. Built for comfort, durability, and effortless cruising rather than outright aggression, the 560 SL remains a benchmark of old-school Mercedes craftsmanship.

The Mercedes-Benz S-Class Cabriolet represents one of the most luxurious open-top grand tourers of the modern era, blending flagship comfort, advanced technology, and effortless V8 performance into a remarkably elegant package. Introduced as the spiritual successor to legendary open-top Mercedes grand tourers of decades past, the S-Class Cabriolet brought full-size luxury convertible motoring back to the forefront in spectacular fashion. This 2017 Mercedes-Benz S 550 Cabriolet shows approximately 46,900 miles and is exceptionally well configured in Designo Diamond White Metallic over Designo Saddle Brown and Black Exclusive Nappa leather. Loaded with premium options including Swarovski crystal LED headlamps, Night View Assist Plus, and extensive Designo appointments, this is an open-air luxury flagship built to make every drive feel like an occasion.

The R107-generation Mercedes-Benz SL is one of the most enduring luxury roadsters ever built, blending timeless styling, engineering solidity, and grand touring comfort in a way few convertibles have managed. By 1988, the 560 SL represented the pinnacle of the U.S.-market R107 lineup, offering the largest V8 available in the chassis along with refined luxury appointments and effortless cruising capability. This particular 1988 Mercedes-Benz 560 SL shows approximately 50,539 miles and presents in one of the marque’s most elegant period combinations, finished in Arctic White over a blue interior with a matching blue soft top. With its removable factory hardtop, classic Mercedes overengineering, and unmistakable presence, this SL remains one of the most usable and desirable modern classics from Stuttgart.
