The Mercedes-Benz SL Class or Roadster has existed in many forms throughout the decades since 1954. This 1975 450SL comes from the third generation. Compared to other early 70s designs, it was considered futuristic but soon became a placeholder for that era. It is a distinctive roadster that draws just enough attention today, as it did when new. The 450SL convertible on offer is a reportedly well-kept example with a very low mileage of 72,150 miles, said to be in immaculate condition.
Exterior and Interior
This 1975 Mercedes-Benz 450SL Convertible features a white exterior with a Red Mercedes Tex interior. The 450SL rides on a set of OEM Mercedes rims that are wrapped in Michelin rubber. Considering that this is a 45+ years vehicle, it appears to be in excellent running shape and remains a head-turner. It comes with both a hardtop and a soft top, giving you the freedom to choose whichever suits your mood. The air conditioning system is still in good shape & functioning well. Although a classic convertible, this Mercedes was ahead of its time with modern amenities like power windows. On the inside, it still features an original Becker Europa II stereo. A new 12V battery has also been installed.
