Dodge’s Challenger was created to be a more upscale pony car. Debuting for the 1970 model year, the Challenger sported a long body, ample space for four adults, and a more luxurious interior than most other pony cars. The first generation was made between 1970 and 1974, with the second coming between 1978 and 1983. Then, there was a long hiatus before the most famous of all Challengers, the retro-modern styled 2008 third generation. This ran until 2023, and gave us some fantastic 700-horsepower fire-breathers.
