The Ford Bronco was the company's first attempt at a lineage of SUVs, and it is safe to say after 58 years across six generations, the Ford Bronco is arguably one of the most iconic SUVs ever made. This 1973 Ford Bronco has been meticulously restored to its old former glory by Velocity Restorations with the Ranger Package specification. This package pays homage to the top trim level of the classic Ford Bronco, showcasing the timeless and vintage look both inside and out. Boasting a Velocity exclusive aluminum powder-coated fuel tank with stainless steel lines and a VR exclusive frame built by the Roadster Shop, this classic American beauty is up for grabs in Pensacola, Florida.
Exterior and Interior
Draped in an eye-catching custom Glasurit Velocity Pink paint, the iconic ranger stripe in white and pink runs across the hood and sides. The two-tone grille adds to this vintage look, as do the white 17” alloy wheels in perfect contrast with the pink exterior. The wheels are wrapped in 285/70R17 BF Goodrich T/A KO2 Tires. Behind the wheels you have Wilwood Disc Brakes with six-piston calipers up front and four-piston calipers in the rear, together with Hydraboost assisted braking to bring this mammoth of a machine to a swift stop. This beguiling bikini top model is equipped with a 4-point roll cage to keep you safe from any rollovers. To protect the Bronco from rust and corrosion, the undercarriage and floor has been coated with Raptor liner. This 1973 Ford Bronco has nothing short in the chrome accessories department, from chrome mirrors to the chrome OEM bumpers. It has also been restored with a modern touch, equipped with LED headlights, power steps, and synchronized dual wipers. The White Ranger interior is equipped with stylish Velocity custom high back front seats with rear fold and tumble that any aficionado of classic Broncos should immediately recognize. The glass and weather seals have been replaced with new counterparts, and the vintage air conditioning system has been restored. The functional power windows, Velocity custom all-weather floor mats, Velocity exclusive Dakota digital gauge and the 15” GT Performance wood steering wheel elevates the interior to another level. Engine
Under the hood lies a potent Ford Coyote Gen II 5.0L V8 engine mated to 4-speed automatic transmission, churning out an impressive 460 horsepower. This engine is specifically tuned for the Ford Bronco which benefits from the fuel efficiency and reliability of a modern engine. This 1973 restored model is equipped with a Dana 44 front axle and a Ford 9” rear axle, ensuring it can tackle any terrain. You are also treated to an Ididit tilt steering column and Bilstein Custom Shocks with a 2.5” suspension lift.
The 1991 Ford Bronco XLT represents the final years of Ford’s classic full-size two-door SUV formula, combining V8 power, four-wheel drive, and a removable-top body with unmistakable early-1990s styling. Showing approximately 109,308 miles, this example is powered by a 302ci V8 paired with an E4OD 4-speed automatic transmission and electronic fuel injection.
