The XK is a classic Grand Tourer in the way that only Jaguar could do them. It's one of the brand’s most-loved nameplates. The XK8 and XKR featured a long hood and large boot that was perfectly sized for golf bags. Inside, the interior was a typically British affair, with plenty of old-world charm and seating for four. The X100 XK series was available in both coupe and convertible and was exclusively V8-powered, either by a naturally aspirated motor in the XK8 or a supercharged version in the XKR. Our featured car is the pick of the bunch: a 2002 Jaguar XKR Convertible with a 4.0-liter supercharged V8 engine under the hood. It’s offered here with a reported 74,100 miles on the clock.
The timeless exterior design of the Jaguar XKR is a sight to behold. It channels past designs from the storied brand, such as the E-Type, and combines it with its own take on late ’90s and early 2000s style. Our featured car sports a silver exterior and rides on 18-inch polished ten-spoke alloy wheels in a staggered fitment, with 245-section tires on the front and 255 tires on the rear. Additionally, XKR models featured functional vents on the hood, as well as a unique mesh grille. Under the powered soft top, you’ll find a black leather interior with seating in a 2+2 configuration. The four-spoke steering is a mix of wood and leather, while the dashboard facia features swathes of wood covering most areas. There are gauges for engine temperature and fuel level and a speedometer that reads up to 170 mph. The tachometer features a reminder that this XKR is of the supercharged variety.
Under the long hood of the 2002 Jaguar XK R Convertible is a 4.0-liter supercharged V8 engine, which outputs 370 hp and 387 lb-ft of torque. The XKR was rated to complete the 0-60 mph sprint in 5.6 seconds and had a limited top speed of 155 mph. Power is sent to the rear wheels via a five-speed gearbox, while braking is handled by discs all around.

The successor of Jaguar’s iconic XJS grand tourer, the XK was introduced in 1996. It ran until 2014, across two generations, before the F-Type took over. The XK also spawned a high-performance, supercharged variant called the XKR. With Jaguar’s recent rebranding and new direction causing quite a bit of controversy, why not celebrate what the brand used to be, rather than taking up arms at what it might be? This 2005 Jaguar XKR Roadster is a great way to celebrate, with its drop-top and supercharged V8 waiting for you to enjoy. The car packs just 118,064 miles, and has been recently serviced too.
