The original Fiat 500 was the Topolino or ‘Little Mouse’ from way back in 1936, a dinky two-door car for the Italian masses. The second generation, also known as the Nuova 500 took over in 1957 and ran until 1975; a much-loved car to this date. Having a hit on their hands, Fiat decided to capitalize on that, and exactly fifty years later in 2007, debuted the Fiat 500 as a city car for the modern world. Amazingly, it’s still in production, fifteen years later. Of course, when you talk Fiat parlance, it’s hard to not remember the famous Abarth variants that were the performance models. Exterior and Interior

Retro-modern styling dominates the current-generation Fiat 500, as a nod to its 1957 predecessor. When you consider that this car is less than 140 inches long and just 64 inches wide, it’s clear how small it is, making it a breeze to place and park. Furthermore, the seller reports that around $2,000 has been spent on Fiat Madness Red Carbon Fiber accessories, further differentiating this Fiat 500 Abarth as potentially one of a kind. The interior sports a black theme as well, and can sit up to four, although the rear seat is best for children. Engine

This little piece of Italian art and engineering gets its motivation from an equally dinky 1.4L four-cylinder engine, with a turbocharger for sprightly performance. The headline figures are 160hp and 170lb-ft, but don’t let that fool you, as the five-speed manual transmission plus the kerb weight of just over 2,000lbs. This is enough for zero to sixty in under seven seconds, and a top speed of 127mph.
