Overview of 2011 Rolls-Royce Phantom For Sale by Owner

A car like a Rolls Royce Phantom needs little introduction, but when it comes to the gorgeous drop-head coupe (aka convertible), the stakes change considerably. Although originally a full-sized ultra-luxury vehicle, the Rolls Royce Phantom takes things up a notch by adding the ability to stow its roof for the ultimate in luxury open-air motoring. This 2011 Rolls Royce Drophead Coupe comes with a host of features you’d expect for a vehicle that carries the Double-R badge and Spirit of Ecstasy mascot.

Exterior and Interior

The exterior of this Rolls Royce Phantom Drophead Coupe is finished in “Jubilee Silver”, and features 21” fully-polished seven spoke wheels with the trick self-levelling wheel centers. The star attraction—the electrically-retractable roof—is a five-layer soft-top with a luxurious blend of cashmere making up the headlining. The interior color-combination on the 2011 RR Drophead Coupe is seashell and black, while it also features teak decking, and a veneered steering wheel. To make maneuvering easier this car comes equipped with a camera system, while audio is taken care of by a Lexicon Logic7 system with 15 speakers (including two floor-mounted subwoofers) and iPod integration.

The engine is powered by Rolls Royce’s acclaimed 6¾ naturally-aspirated V12 engine. Power is delivered smoothly via a six-speed automatic gearbox, while comfort is further enhanced with the inclusion of self-levelling air suspension for the unparalleled sensation of wafting that can be achieved in a Rolls Royce.
