Shifted by a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission, the AMG GT S features many performance improvements over the non-S AMG GT. These include an electronic limited-slip differential, Ride Control adaptive suspension, Performance Exhaust with active valves, and the addition of Race and Race Start modes to the Dynamic Select adaptive drivetrain system.
