Overview of 1928 Ford Model A Sedan Delivery For Sale by Owner

What you see here is a member of the Ford Model A family, which was introduced in 1927. Even though it may seem like forever ago, Ford offered a host of models that were targeted for various markets and buyer preferences. The Delivery model is a small cargo vehicle with a passenger car chassis. This is a popular car among hot rodders, and they refer to it as the A-Model Ford or the A, and A-bone. The 1928 Ford Model A we are discussing is an award-winning hot rod with a supercharged V8 crammed into it. It has little as 2000 miles on it after the build. If you are interested in insane power in a classic look, this Ford is available for sale in Boones Mille, Virginia.

Exterior and Interior

An absurd hot rod as this 1928 Ford Model A should have an exterior color that suits it. The custom red paint together with the classic chrome features around it is a well-fitting look. The sides of the car feature “Lowdown service” decals in yellow. According to the current owner, this Ford has a custom steel tube frame. The large grille at the front as an iconic look for the Ford Model A and in front of it are two round headlights that are connected with a chrome bar. The car rides on custom staggered wheels where the rear is 15” and the fronts are 14.” The brown leather interior of this 1928 Ford Model A is a cozy space to be in. Even the door cards are trimmed in leather, and they have small storage pockets on them. The wooden steering wheel is almost horizontal and there are a few gauges of the dash. The current owner also states a functioning radio that is located right below the dash.

Engine

As mentioned earlier, a blown 383ci V8 Sroker engine topped with a Weiand Supercharger is shoehorned into this 1928 Ford Model A. This engine transmits power to the wheels via a 700R4 automatic transmission and a Jag rear end.
