With just under 64,000 miles on the clock, this rather interesting car is up for grabs in Cincinnati, Ohio, and we’d suggest that you act fast because being just 1 of 150 means its rarer than many supercars!
Exterior and Interior
The red paint job on this 1986 Pontiac Firebird Trans Am Tojan by Knudsen is perhaps its brightest feature, but that quickly fades into the background as we study some of the car’s other exterior customizations. The Gotti wheels are one such item, but the most prominent has got to be the sky-high rear wing. This, plus some of the bodywork enhancements makes us believe that this car was modeled after a certain Eighties Italian supercar – we think you can guess which one. Other features of note include fog lamps, a power rear hatch release and power side mirrors. The interior of this 1986 Pontiac Firebird Trans Am Tojan by Knudsen comes in black, with Recaro front seats and leather upholstery all round. The dashboard contains wood trim and a digital gauge cluster that’s very Eighties with its light-up LED displays. The car also has air conditioning, power windows, cruise control and a tilt steering column. Furthermore, it retains the original AM/FM radio with cassette tape player from Delco Electronics.
Engine
This 1986 Pontiac Firebird Trans Am Tojan by Knudsen rocks a 305ci V8 with tuned port injection. The engine is paired with a 700R4 automatic transmission which is a 4-speed unit with overdrive. The car is rear-wheel drive, and also has performance suspension by Gale Banks, we’re told. Power steering and power 4-wheel disc brakes are also included.
