The third generation of the well-known Chevrolet Corvette, known as the C3 was produced from 1967 to 1982. It was the second Corvette to carry the “Stingray” honorific after the C2 Corvette. The design of the C3 was reminiscent of the Mako Shark II designed by Larry Shinoda. Compared to other car models available in 1972 the Chevrolet Corvette C3 stood out like a rose in a weed patch, albeit an aggressive looking rose. When placed next to the previous generation the C3 shares many design ques and features as the C2, including the instantly recognizable dual taillights. This is a 1972 Chevrolet Corvette Convertible with a snazzy 383 cu Stroker engine and with just 2,000 miles after the build, located in Florida. The current owner has had it for over ten years.

Originally reported to be painted in white, this 1972 Chevrolet Corvette Convertible was repainted in a fresh coat of white during the build. A set of Chevrolet period correct wheels with BF Goodrich radial T/As are in place. Chrome bumpers were available last on the 1972 models as per the vehicle. The current owner reports that the interior is the original blue that the car came with from the factory. The instrument binnacle behind the steering wheel features the speedometer and the tachometer, the rest of the gauges which include fuel, water temperature, oil pressure, battery voltage and the clock are situated in the center console. Power steering was standard in the Chevrolet Corvette C3 with the addition of a tilt and telescopic steering column, and a Chevrolet 3-spoke unit is in place. An aftermarket Kenwood single-DIN radio with CD and AUX-IN handles audio duties.

This 1972 Chevrolet Corvette came with the L48 350ci V8 before it was swapped for a Chevy 383ci Stroker engine that is able to produce approximately 460hp and 500 lb ft. Drive goes to the rear wheels via a Tremec five-speed manual transmission. The 383 Stroker crate engine is regarded as a hot-rod motor popular amongst enthusiasts and those who want more power. Stopping power is courtesy of the disc brakes up front with power brakes all around.

In 1953, Chevrolet introduced a car that would shake up the American sports car market. Yes, the Corvette was born that year. With breathtaking styling by Harley Earl, this iconic sports car initially came with a six-cylinder engine that was definitely unsuitable for such an amazing piece of automotive art and mechanical excellence. So, Chevy rectified the mistake by 1955 with the introduction of the Small-Block V8. Initially displacing 265ci, it grew to a 327ci unit by 1962. That’s what we have in this 1957 Chevrolet Corvette, with its 327ci V8 that packs dual quad carburetors and a reported output of 400 horseower. This Washington-based car also comes with its original interior, as well as original Corvette wheels. The Chevy El Camino showed the world in 1959 that a pickup truck didn’t have to be a body-on-frame machine with stodgy styling and uncomfortable riding dynamics. Instead, Chevy created a segment called the Coupe Utility, which was basically a seamless integration of cab, chassis and cargo area into one element. This led to a sportier, lower-riding and more comfortable vehicle that could still carry a decent payload in its cargo bed. After all, many buyers of such vehicles didn’t need heavy load-carrying per se, rather they wanted space. The El Camino also gained a reputation in the muscle car class, since it was available with some truly awesome V8s under the hood. Here, we have a 1960 Chevrolet El Camino that’s received a 383 Stroker under the hood, paired with a 3-speed automatic gearbox and a B&M shifter. With just 23,000 miles on its belt, this machine of multiple personas awaits its new owner in Dana Point, California.

The Chevrolet SSR LS is a uniquely American performance pickup that blends retro-inspired styling with modern V8 power and convertible flair. Designed as a lifestyle vehicle rather than a traditional work truck, the SSR combines a retractable hardtop roof with a short-bed pickup configuration, offering open-air driving alongside utility-focused features. This LS-trim example emphasizes comfort, usability, and factory-installed accessories while retaining the bold character that made the SSR stand out in Chevrolet’s early-2000s lineup.
