Overview of 2006 Nissan 350Z Twin Turbo For Sale by Owner

Remember Need For Speed Underground? The time when this famous racing franchise shifted gears and focused on the whole street racing scene? Well, one of the cars in that game was the Nissan 350Z. A fine sports car, it was highly sought after by players, and could be massively upgraded in-game, just like in real life. If you grew up playing NFS Underground and dreaming of a 350Z in your life, that time has come. Say hello to this 2006 Nissan 350Z from Chino. It’s done 73,000 miles and comes with some rather nice upgrades, including a shift towards forced induction! Better yet, the car still maintains a rather stock outlook on the exterior. So, you can either keep it as the sleeper it is, or give it a new look – the choice is yours once you take over this car.

Exterior and Interior

This 2006 Nissan 350Z comes in straight silver, a shade that almost everyone will like, and makes its curvy shape look great. With its frameless doors, swoopy shape and discrete molded-in rear spoiler, the car is definitely a future classic. Its been endowed with a set of NISMO wheels for a little bit of change over a typical, 100% stock 350Z and we feel that’s a nice upgrade. Since this is a 2006 car, it’s also got the projector headlamps that came for the 2006 model year. The black interior of this 2006 Nissan 350Z is similarly maintained in near-stock condition. It’s got two well-bolstered sport seats, a touchscreen infotainment system from Pioneer, automatic climate control with air conditioning and the usual power amenities. We also see a boost controller has been added.

Engine

This 2006 Nissan 350Z packs a 3.5-liter V6 that would have been naturally aspirated from the factory. But now, the engine has been built to handle forced induction, since it’s now fed via a GTM twin turbo kit. There are upgraded fuel injectors, a front-mount intercooler system and more, to help this thing make massive power in a reliable fashion. The engine bay has also been fully powder-coated in black. A 6-speed manual transmission sends drive to the rear axle via a NISMO limited-slip differential. Elsewhere, the car retains its factory independent suspension a 4-wheel power disc brakes with ABS.

Nissan’s fine legacy of Z cars is always desirable due to its excellent driving dynamics, cutting-edge technology and impressive performance. That’s why Nissan had to work hard to create a successor to the 300ZX when it was due to retire in 2000. Two years later, that successor came in the shape of the 350Z, and to be honest, people weren’t convinced at first. The wedgy and angular 300ZX was replaced by this bulbous thing that came with a larger engine but wasn’t necessarily more powerful. Nevertheless, Nissan managed to convince customers and sold over 100,000 units in the United States alone. Here, we have a 2007 Nissan 350Z Touring for sale from Lima, Ohio and it’s got under 45,000 miles on it. But what’s even more appealing is the fact that this car appears as stock as possible. That’s quite rare to find because the 350Z is immensely tunable, and has attracted the attention of the aftermarket as a result.
