Overview of 2007 BMW M5 Sedan For Sale by Owner

When we think of Germany we often think about the Autobahn, Endless straight roads with no speed limits. A question that closely follows is what the perfect vehicle would be to blast down the Autobahn, something that’s fast, luxurious and built to perfection. The BMW M5 is one that fits the bill. The M5 is the pinnacle performance variant of the BMW’s 5-series. The real magic was done underneath the hood and all supporting components to ultimately make a car that could dominate the sports sedan market. This 2007 BMW M5 Sedan embodies that spirit. Located in Missouri and with just 90,000 miles on the clock this is your perfect companion be it tearing up a racetrack or a comfortable cruise down the highway, better yet due to its incredible engineering feat its only a matter of time when this particular generation of M5s become classics and shoot up in value.

Exterior and Interior

Whilst it’s a thoroughbred sports car by heart the E60 M5 was built with 4 doors which meant practicality whilst also giving some super cars a run for their money. This 2007 BMW M5 Sedan’s unassuming aggressiveness is dressed up in a Interlagos Blue exterior which makes the car really stand out as well as be subtle, the exterior of the car is also in really great shape considering its age. The car rides on the original BMW wheels which really complement its look. This car’s interior comes equipped with full leather perforated, heated, and cooled active seats. The rear seats are heated as well. Tunes are pumped out through a Logic 7 audio system with mapping and upgraded Bluetooth for easier access. Other interior luxuries include a rear power shade, manual rear door shades and many other M options available as well.

Engine

Finding a V10 configuration in any road car is quite a rare thing. What’s even rare is finding one neatly tucked into an unassuming 4 door sedan, that’s just what the folks over at BMW did back in the early 2000s. This 2007 BMW M5 Sedan is powered by the legendary 5.0L S85 naturally aspirated V10 engine which pushes out a mighty 500bhp and launching this German saloon from 0 to 60 in roughly 4.7 seconds, making this car fast by modern standards as well. All its power is sent to its rear wheels through a 6-speed manual transmission, which was only available in North America. To this day the E60 M5 has been regarded as a car that makes its presence known thanks to its raspy engine tone. This wonderful sound is also enhanced by this car’s Dinan cat back exhaust which is the only aftermarket part installed on the car. In terms of maintenance the current owner has opted to treat this amazing piece of machinery the right way, The car’s maintenance and inspections are only carried out by M certified technicians whilst only using BMW or Liqui Moly products to keep all its mechanical components lubricated and running the right way.
