The 6.2-liter naturally aspirated V8 under the hood of this 2012 Mercedes-Benz C63 AMG will have made around 451hp and 443lb-ft when stock. However, the engine has now been balanced and blueprinted, and features ARP Racing cam bolts, head studs, cam cap bolts and 1,300cc fuel injectors. So it’s definitely got a useful power upgrade. A 7-speed AMG Speedshift automatic transmission sends power to the rear wheels. The brakes have now been upgraded to Brembo units with 8-piston front and 6-piston rear calipers. The suspension has also been beefed up, and a Wavetrac limited-slip differential is included as well.
