The fifth generation Mustang was hailed as a return to roots, as it incorporated many retro styling cues in homage to the first generation that created the pony car segment and culture. Fifth-generation Mustangs, like their forefathers did not escape the watchful eyes of Shelby American either, and a few Shelby variants were offered, with the requisite performance and cosmetic upgrades, and of course, ample Shelby badging and notation. This 2014 Ford Mustang Shelby GT500 Convertible is one such example, as it’s from the fifth generation’s final model year, and comes to you with just 6,898 miles on the clock. Two key fobs, a digital window sticker and all original books and manuals are included in the sale, as is a Love The Drive screen.

This 2014 Ford Mustang Shelby GT500 Convertible proudly shows off the fifth generation’s facelifted design in its Deep Impact Blue paint job that features the iconic ‘Over the top’ white tape stripes running down the middle of the car. The convertible top is in black, and the car rides on SVT alloy rims. There’s ample Shelby, GT500 and Cobra badging all over the car, leaving no-one in any doubt about the fact that this isn’t a regular Mustang. Equipment Group 812A is also ticked. A car cover is included in the sale to keep this pony safe and tucked in when parked outside. The SVT Air Dam in box is also included in the sale, as is a bonnet/tonneau for the convertible top. The interior sports a Charcoal Black and White Leather color theme, with accommodations for four persons including the driver.
