The 2019 Subaru WRX STI is a 310-hp, all-wheel-drive, rally-inspired compact sedan, that is seriously fast when driven aggressively. However, it is built on a chassis that is capable of easily handling and effectively utilizing much more horsepower over its standard state of tune. This beastly machine we have here is one such beautifully built example. It is powered by an upgraded motor and underpinnings, capable of pushing out more than double the stock output. To complement the higher potential, this 2019 WRX STI has also been extensively reworked inside out. It has 29,000 reported miles on the odometer, while the current owner reports 19,000 miles on the upgraded motor.
Exterior and Interior
This 2019 Subaru WRX STI is fully blacked out and accented by red carbon fiber components. The bodywork has been sharpened with the addition of a widebody kit, carbon fiber hood, and carbon fiber OEM trunk, all from JDMuscle. This has resulted in a menacing appearance and a more aggressive stance. The enhanced look is completed by a set of BC Racing 2-piece wheels encircled by Continental ExtremeContact SportPlus rubber. The interior of this WRX STI gracefully matches its aggressive exterior aesthetics. The cabin is trimmed in black and complemented by a slew of red and black carbon fiber accents. Other prominent aftermarket upgrades include a set of carbon fiber front seats from Bride and a custom carbon fiber steering wheel.
Engine
The 2019 Subaru WRX STI is powered by a 2.5-liter turbocharged flat-4 motor, which outputs 310 horsepower and 290 lb-ft in its stock configuration. However, this particular WRX STI cranks out more than double that stock output. It is powered by a powder-coated IAG stage 4 long block EJ motor, equipped with a G35-900 rotated turbo, 2000cc injectors, and twin fuel pumps. The cooling system comprises a custom-made front mount intercooler and rotated pipe kit along with a Cylinder 4 cooling mod. All of this comes paired with a Cobb Flex Fuel Kit, and the current owner reports that the car is flex-tuned to produce 710 hp on e70 at 34psi. The standard 6-speed- manual transmission has been augmented with a short-throw shifter from Dark Matter X. The stock battery has been swapped out for a Braille unit, encased in a Mele Designs Custom Battery Box. In conclusion, this WRX STI is a monstrous creation, carefully and tastefully built to be enjoyed by an enthusiast.
Cars with character are slowly becoming a thing of the past; regulations call for machines stripped of what makes them driver cars, and changing customer tastes mean popular marques are slowly making their way off the production lines. Present today is this 2017 Subaru WRX STI. Hailing from Clayton, North Carolina, this Japanese weapon of performance is the perfect drag-strip dasher, track weapon, or even the perfect way to take on the great outdoors in style.
A track-ready weapon means just that: a machine that's ready for track and nothing else. But what if there was a way around it, what if you could drive your machine to the track, negotiate those apex with precision and speed, and then head on home with the same machine you experienced driving nirvana in? If this is what you are looking for, look no further: this heavily-ugraded 2017 Subaru WRX STI has over 29,000 miles on its clock and is a machine ready for battle on the track and to take you back home as well.
Performance motors come in all shapes and forms. Present today is a machine that blends in mind-boggling performance with the practicality of a family car and takes shape with this 2007 Subaru WRX STI. The Subaru WRX STI has long been one of the most celebrated all-wheel-drive performance cars ever produced, earning its reputation through rally competition and a devoted enthusiast following. By 2013, the STI had evolved into a refined yet highly capable sport sedan that retained the raw driving experience that made the nameplate famous. This 2013 Subaru Impreza WRX STI Sedan is finished in the iconic WR Blue Pearl, a color synonymous with Subaru’s World Rally Championship heritage. Showing 172,492 miles, this STI features desirable factory equipment including Alcantara and leather-trimmed seating surfaces, a factory STI short throw shifter, and the signature symmetrical all-wheel-drive system. For buyers seeking a practical four-door performance car with genuine motorsports DNA, this STI remains one of the most compelling options of its era.
It’s David from David and Goliath here today with us. This gutsy little Matte Gray 2010 Subaru Impreza WRX STI packs a punch that can literally take down giants from several classes above. But that’s been the Subaru Impreza WRX STI’s forte since it launched way back in 1992. Today’s example comes with some superb modifications that really take it into a new level of performance. The current owner reports that the car is a garage kept, single owner car with all records and paperwork available. This includes records of not only oil changes and maintenance items, but all the mods done to this 143,000-mile machine from Cary, North Carolina. Oh, and dyno tests reportedly show nearly 500 horses at the wheels! Could you ask for more Japanese hot hatch perfection? We doubt it…
