Some say that Ram know how to do trucks better than any other car maker in the world. This 2022 Ram 1500 TRX with just over 21,000 miles on the odometer will spit in the face of lesser half-ton trucks. With the Ram name being around for over 40 years, it is synonymous with American car culture, and they seem to be selling like hotcakes so clearly, something is being done right.
Climb up a little easier thanks to the deployable side steps into an interior that is dominated by one thing – size. It is massive. The seats are so big and comfy, that feeling uncomfortable is physically impossible. Speaking of seats, they are covered in black leather, and are heated and cooled, while also having a memory function for the driver’s side. Sitting in the center of the dash is Ram Trucks’ intuitive U-Connect infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto which can feed music to the incredible 19-speaker Harmon Kardon audio system. Other toys like a heads-up display, trailer brake control, panoramic sunroof, and blind spot monitoring make it just a little bit easier to keep this behemoth on the road. Finished in Mojave Sand Clear-Coat, the menacing nature of this truck is only enhanced by the additions of the black bumpers, grill, and other accents. Riding curbs has never been easier thanks to the 18-inch wheels wrapped in some Good Year All Terrain rubber for those extra gnarly adventures.
A well-known characteristic of American trucks such as this is their engine, and boy does this one deliver. A 6.2 liter supercharged V8 making up to a reported 700 hp and paired to an 8-speed automatic transmission.

Pickup trucks have come a long way from their utilitarian roots — today, not only can your average pickup haul more cargo than ever, but it offers the same kind of luxury as any premium sedan and then some. This 2025 RAM 1500 Big Horn Crew Cab exemplifies that, with it being decked out with a whole host of options for users to drool over. You may miss the Hemi V8 that Ram was known for, but not for long, as this truck comes equipped with RAM’s 3.0L I6 Hurricane SO Twin Turbo ESS engine and an 8-speed automatic transmission. With just 376 miles on the odometer, this Big Horn is practically new and loaded with sought-after features.

The Ford F-150 is the most well-known half-ton pickup truck in the United States. Try and change our mind, but the fact remains that if you ask someone to randomly name an American pickup truck, chances are they’ll say Ford F-150. Part of Ford’s popular F-Series line-up, the F-150 started off as the F-1, then F-100 before gaining the popular moniker that we know and love. Now on the fourteenth generation, an electric variant has joined the line-up as well. But scratch all that for a moment. If you’re a fan of good old internal combustion engined performance for your F-150, the Raptor is the way to go. That’s why we’re sure you’ll be interested in this 95,500-mile 2019 Ford F-150 Raptor from Weston, Florida. It’s a fine thirteenth generation example that’s got a reported 450 horsepower to its name!
Yes, what we’ve got here is a G-Class. Yup, that’s what this 1991 Mercedes-Benz 250GD is. But hang on, you might say. Where’s its massive alloy wheels, low-profile tires and glitzy chrome external embellishments? Where’s the plush, leather-lined, wood-trimmed, S-class-esque interior that we see nowadays in the G-Class? Well, dear reader, before the G-Class went posh, it was the most capable off-roader that Mercedes-Benz ever built. Technically it’s still capable, but back then, it was meant to be a brutish, no-nonsense, go-anywhere machine. While you wouldn’t step into today’s G-Class with muddy boots or soaked clothing, you can do that with this 1991 Mercedes-Benz 250GD from Orlando, Florida. That’s because this 27,000-kilometer machine comes from the pre-luxury era, when the G-Class was meant to be used in a rough and tumble manner. That makes this vehicle an excellent addition to the garage of an adventuring family. Sitting next to all manner of delicate luxury machinery, it will be the perfect companion for when you want to escape to nature and a simpler time.
With an illustrious history dating back to 1948, the Land Rover Defender – the classic one – is an iconic vehicle that is still sought after to this day. Even though there’s a new Defender out there, for those who want good old school off-roading without digital fripperies and myriad electronic systems, a classic Defender or Series is the way to go. Plus, you can really customize a classic Defender in almost any way. Just take this Mesa, Arizona-based 1997 Land Rover Defender 110 as an example. It’s been built to look like the vehicle seen in the James Bond film Spectre, from 2015. If you’re a Bond fan and a Defender fan, this vehicle is a match made in heaven for you.
