The Cadillac DeVille saw no less than eight generations and the name "DeVille" is derived from the French de la ville or de ville meaning "of the town". The second generation of the DeVille ended in 1964 and by that time the model was redesigned to be sleeker and more powerful. It was one of the best 1960s luxury automobiles and also something that is sure to turn heads up and down the street, at over 18 and a half feet long. That is to say, riding in a big Cadillac as the DeVille feels like floating on a cloud! This is your chance to experience this rare opportunity or add it to your prestigious classic car collection. This 1964 Cadillac DeVille is available for sale showing 133,000 miles on its clock.

This beautiful 1964 Cadillac DeVille has always been owned by members of the same family. According to the present owner, all servicing is up to date. The car is claimed to be all-original and two keys are available. It is coated in a black paintjob and is surrounded by chrome bumpers. This was also the final year that prominent tail fins were available on Cadillacs, marking the 17th consecutive year to carry on the tradition with a new fine-blade design. It saw a new bi-angular grille that formed a V-shape along both its vertical and horizontal planes. The interior of this DeVille is original and is themed in black and white. According to the owner, the original radio works but needs an antenna. The large two-spoke steering wheel boasting the Cadillac crest is beautifully complemented by the vintage horizontal speedometer. It is certainly a place to be for a 60's experience, complete with comfortable bench seats in the front and rear.

The engine in this classic is a 429 cu in (7 L) V8. The original Turbo Hydramatic automatic transmission of this vehicle was a new technical feature at the time. It is a 3-speed, column-shifted automatic that shifts seamlessly and provides smooth and linear acceleration. With a great-sounding exhaust system, it is a powerful cruiser with a lot of style.

Of The Town. That’s what de Ville means, and Caddy intended for their model to become the talk of the town. Produced across eight generations from 1959 to 2005, today’s 1966 Cadillac Coupe de Ville is a nice fifth-generation example. It’s a definite American classic in all its green on green glory, and it packs a nicely grunty 429ci V8 up front to move it along the roads and keep pace even with today’s EVs and hybrids. Having reportedly covered just 80,000 miles, this car is now up for grabs in Huntington Beach, Florida.

We all loved the 101 Dalmatians movie, and one of the most prominent characters in it was the villain, Cruella de Vil. That has nothing to do with this car, but her name sure does remind us of it. Say hello to the 1965 Cadillac Coupe Deville, the luxurious land yacht that won the hearts of the 1960s. This model name was used by Cadillac over eight generations. It was derived from the French de la Ville or de Ville, meaning "of the town". What we have here is a 1965 Cadillac Coupe Deville that belongs to the third generation. It saw a major redesign that sets it apart from its predecessors. With just 80,631 miles on its odometer, this beauty is located in Elgin, South Carolina.

Of The Town. That’s what de Ville means. Cadillac intended this series of full-size luxury cars to literally be the talk of the town, it seems. The de Ville name was seen between 1958 and 2005, and what we have for sale today is a second-generation 1963 Cadillac de Ville 4-Door Sedan. Hailing from Midland, Texas, this 48,761-mile machine comes with a 4-speed Hydra-Matic automatic gearbox and a 390ci V8 under the hood. It’s also got aftermarket wheels for a bit of distinctive style. If you want a car that is greatly representative of American automotive luxury in the Sixties, this is one of the best candidates.

This 2004 Cadillac XLR is one of just 15,460 cars that showed Americans what would result if Cadillac made a modern grand tourer. Sitting on a Corvette platform and featuring a power retractable hardtop, this Black Raven example is one of just 3,665 XLRs sold in 2004. It’s got 41,675 miles on the clock, three keys and the original owner’s manual. But what’s more, this Estero, Florida-based Caddy also comes with some custom made wall art included in the sale, we’re told. If this car interests you, you’d better act quickly because as time goes by, the XLR will be recognized as a future classic, and then, everyone will want one.

For several decades, Americans who wanted a luxury car that was made in the country simply gravitated towards the Cadillac Eldorado. A look at this fine blue tenth generation 1985 Cadillac Eldorado Biarritz Coupe from Riverton reveals why. Just gaze at its sheer dimensions, its opulent chrome trimmings, its Astroroof and all that lavish leather and wood trim on the inside. Now, this super-low mileage car could be yours if you prefer. Yup, super low in 20,069-mile low. They don’t come much more pristine than this, you know.

One of Chevy’s main pillars of the Sixties and Seventies, the Chevelle dominated the midsize segment with ease. It was one of the Bowtie’s most successful models during its 1963 to 1977 production run, and came in many body forms. Of course, petrolheads flocked towards the SS or Super Sport variant which brought many cosmetic as well as performance upgrades to the car. Now, we’ve got a finely restored 1967 Chevrolet Chevelle SS for grabs in Visalia, California. Sporting a black exterior and a black interior, this machine rocks a fearsome 427ci V8 under the hood, a set of black Ridler alloy wheels, and more. Also included in the sale is a Vintage Air heating and air conditioning system that’s currently not installed.

Who wouldn’t want the initiator of the pony car class to grace their life? That’s what we’re offering, with this Springtime Yellow 1965 Ford Mustang Convertible that’s available in Haddon Heights, New Jersey. Ford’s Mustang wasn’t yet another model, after all, but a segment creator. If not for the Mustang, we wouldn’t have had others like the Chevy Camaro, Pontiac Firebird, etc. This particular car is a 1965 model which is the first year of proper first-gen Mustang production, and saw over 559,000 units made in that year. Coming to you with a fine 289ci V8 under the hood, the Pony Interior Trim Package and a 3-speed automatic transmission, it’s a perfect classic car for anyone, really.

Tired of today’s appliances on wheels? May we offer this Garnet Red 1969 Chevrolet Chevelle Malibu for your well-being and overall enrichment of quality of life? It’s a stalwart American classic from the famous Chevy Chevelle family, and comes with just 8,000 miles on the clock after some refreshment work. With its nice black interior and Pioneer head unit upgrade, it’s a lovely car to drive regularly but the real fun factor lies beneath the hood, ready for a flex of your right foot. Yes, there’s a good American V8 down there, displacing all of 454 cubic inches and endowed with some nice goodies to help it make more than the reportedly approximately 400 horsepower that factory examples came with. If you’re tempted, this car is up for grabs in Lubbock.
