Overview of 2004 Nissan 350Z For Sale by Owner

Twenty one years later, this 2004 Nissan 350Z still looks fresh, and is of course, highly desirable to enthusiast drivers. A member in Nissan’s long-standing and hallowed Z-car legacy, the 350Z era ran between 2003 and 2009. These cars gained popularity on the silver screen as well, notably starring in the Fast and the Furious franchise. Cue up their rear-wheel drive layout, punchy V6 engine and infinite tunability. Today’s 75,593-mile car does indeed come with some tasteful mods under the hood and on the skin, which only increase its appeal even more. Grab it before someone else does!

Exterior and Interior

This 2004 Nissan 350Z wears a black suit and rides on an aftermarket set of five-spoke alloy wheels from Volk Racing. The two-tone units bear a dark metallic and silver color theme, and frame a set of red Brembo-branded brake calipers as required to stop this modded machine. Oh, and how could we miss the prominent rear deck lid spoiler that has been added to this car? Further cosmetic enhancements include hood vents, and if you look closely at the front bumper’s air dam, you’ll see the trademark grin of an intercooler, telling us that, well, this car isn’t naturally aspirated anymore. The interior of this 2004 Nissan 350Z maintains its two-seat layout as stock, but the center console sees some red detailing to break up the monochrome theme that would have been stock. The automatic climate control system remains but the stereo has been upgraded with a CD player from Dual that also adds USB and AUX inputs. We also note some auxiliary gauges dotted around the cabin, but, overall, things haven’t been taken to crazy levels of customization.

Engine

This 2004 Nissan 350Z comes with a 3.5-liter V6 from the factory. However, we see the trademark snail shape of a turbocharger the moment we lift the hood, just before the bright red Cosworth-branded engine cover grabs our attention. Yes, this car enjoys forced induction all right. That makes its rear-wheel drive layout and manual transmission even more enjoyable to deploy. There’s also a smattering of Nismo bits around. All in all, this is a track machine that’s still retained plenty of daily usability.

Remember Need For Speed Underground? The time when this famous racing franchise shifted gears and focused on the whole street racing scene? Well, one of the cars in that game was the Nissan 350Z. A fine sports car, it was highly sought after by players, and could be massively upgraded in-game, just like in real life. If you grew up playing NFS Underground and dreaming of a 350Z in your life, that time has come. Say hello to this 2006 Nissan 350Z from Chino. It’s done 73,000 miles and comes with some rather nice upgrades, including a shift towards forced induction! Better yet, the car still maintains a rather stock outlook on the exterior. So, you can either keep it as the sleeper it is, or give it a new look – the choice is yours once you take over this car.

Nissan’s fine legacy of Z cars is always desirable due to its excellent driving dynamics, cutting-edge technology and impressive performance. That’s why Nissan had to work hard to create a successor to the 300ZX when it was due to retire in 2000. Two years later, that successor came in the shape of the 350Z, and to be honest, people weren’t convinced at first. The wedgy and angular 300ZX was replaced by this bulbous thing that came with a larger engine but wasn’t necessarily more powerful. Nevertheless, Nissan managed to convince customers and sold over 100,000 units in the United States alone. Here, we have a 2007 Nissan 350Z Touring for sale from Lima, Ohio and it’s got under 45,000 miles on it. But what’s even more appealing is the fact that this car appears as stock as possible. That’s quite rare to find because the 350Z is immensely tunable, and has attracted the attention of the aftermarket as a result.
