Mercedes-Benz’ compact luxury car offering, the C-Class has been around for ages. Decades, really. In 2008, the W204 generation was introduced, and ran for seven years. Produced as a sedan, wagon and coupe, it’s no surprise that AMG got their mitts on it as well. Cue up this 2012 Mercedes-Benz C63 AMG Black Series as proof. The car comes with AMG Performance Media, less than 10,000 miles, and a Eurocharge Stage 1 tune to make it even more appealing. Furthermore, it’s on sale by its original owner.

Adorned in a sleek Mars Red coat, you might notice that this 2012 Mercedes-Benz C63 AMG Black Series looks a bit more aggro than your usual C63 AMG Black Series from the era, which was also pretty aggro to begin with. That’s because this car enjoys the Exterior Carbon Fiber Package, as well as a rear wing, front canards and hood nostrils from Mode Carbon. Then, you’ve got the 19-inch AMG 10-spoke forged matte black wheels for even more menace. Step aboard this 2012 Mercedes-Benz C63 AMG Black Series and the first thing you’ll note is the rear seat delete. That, plus the fire extinguisher beneath the front passenger seat tells you that this car is more performance oriented than family friendly. But, there are a few surprises, such as the panoramic glass roof, the automatic climate control system with air conditioning, and the infotainment system. You’ve also got cup holders, a multifunction steering wheel, and the usual powered amenities. So, while this car is performance oriented, it’s also designed to give you an easy drive to and from the racetrack of your choice. That’s why it’s even got a suitably spacious trunk, so that you can easily pack as much luggage as you prefer – well, having seating for just one passenger does somewhat help, since you can stuff even more luggage into the place where the rear seats used to be.

But carrying luggage isn’t what this car is ultimately about. No, this 2012 Mercedes-Benz C63 AMG Black Series is designed to thrill its driver as much as possible. That’s why it comes with a snarling 6.2L naturally aspirated V8, paired with a 7-speed automatic gearbox, paddle shifters, and rear-wheel drive. Factory figures for this engine were around 450hp and 443lb-ft, but given that this car’s got a Stage 1 tune, it must have more horses to give.

Wondering what the fuss is all about? Worry no more: this 2009 Mercedes-Benz C63 AMG with just a reported 81,413 miles on its clock is here and can be yours to burn rubber at your local race track and serve as an interesting daily driver today!

For decades, the Mercedes-Benz C-Class has represented the entry point into Mercedes-Benz ownership, as the prolific German luxury automaker’s compact luxury car offering. Over the years, the C-Class has grown, both in terms of sheer size, as well as luxury features and of course, performance. AMG got their mitts on the C-Class as well, resulting in some super-saloons that can really take everyone else by surprise. This W205-generation 2019 Mercedes-Benz C63 AMG is one of those super-saloons that’s been fettled by AMG. With just under 30,000 miles to its name, this Florida-based car is reportedly all stock and comes with up-to-date servicing. If you’re in search of a fast family hauler, here’s the ideal candidate.

The legendary Mercedes-Benz C63 AMG is reportedly the first ever AMG-Mercedes to be designed from the ground up. Featuring revised front suspension that was shared with the CLK 63 AMG Black Series, the C63 AMG was known to have the quickest, most responsive steering of any Mercedes automobile at the time. Boasting a monstrous naturally aspirated 6.3-liter Mercedes-Benz M156 engine, this German beast came out of the factory reportedly producing 451 horsepower with performance packages taking it up to 507. However, this blacked out 2013 model we have here is capable of much more. Equipped with a Gintani Supercharger and Gintani Stage 2 tune, this power figure is expected to be quite a bit of a punch over the factory rated power. This C63 AMG is a force to be reckoned with on the roads. This 2013 Mercedes-Benz C63 AMG has received consistent maintenance along with a recent service having clocked a total of 52,000 miles on the odometer and is now looking for its new owner in Los Angeles, California.

Arguably the most popular Mercedes-Benz model in the United States during the Seventies and Eighties, The R107 era of their SL-Class grand tourer saw over 204,000 units find homes. This was during an 18-year production run that spanned 1971 to 1989. Impressive as the figure may be for a luxury car, it’s even more admirable when you consider that just over 300,000 were made in total! In fact, more R107 SLs found homes Stateside than they did in Germany or anywhere else in the world. Today, there’s no shortage of fine examples, thanks to the car’s superb Mercedes-Benz build quality. Hence, this Texas-based 1988 Mercedes-Benz 560SL is a rather sensible purchase to make, even if you have no idea about classic cars. With its 5.6-liter V8, 4-speed automatic gearbox and aftermarket Kenwood stereo unit, it’s a sound choice. Don’t worry about the 142,000 miles on the odometer, these cars are built to go the distance if maintained well.

In 1971, Mercedes-Benz revealed the R107 generation of their popular SL-Class luxury grand tourer. It took over from the W113 ‘Pagoda’ which defined Sixties Mercedes-Benz two-door cars in Europe and North America. The R107 brought new design, updated engineering, and a removable hardtop as key features. It would be made until 1989, with 300,175 units produced during this time. Interestingly, over 204,000 of those units came to the United States, representing a 68% share of total production! Now, you can still find many of these cars running happily, because they were built during a time when planned obsolescence wasn’t even conceived of. That’s why they are the perfect starter classic, even for a younger person. Today’s 1976 Mercedes-Benz 450SL comes from Boulder and has a low 31,000 miles on the clock. With its 4.5-liter fuel-injected V8 and 3-speed automatic gearbox it’s already ticking the right boxes for a classic car. Add the Becker Mexico cassette stereo into the mix, and you’ve got a winner!

Do you want a mid-2000s German grand tourer with a stonking V12 under the hood, all the best creature comforts and luxury features of the time, and most importantly, a Star badge on the hood? If so, this 2008 Mercedes-Benz SL600 RENNtech just might be your ticket to ride. It’s from the R230 era of Mercedes-Benz’s popular SL-Class line-up, and comes with twelve cylinders of German horsepower at your disposal. Plus, this rear-wheel drive machine features some enhancements by renowned tuning firm Renntech. It’s done just 20,000 miles to date and is up for grabs in St. Simons Island, Georgia.

When it was introduced in 2003, the Cadillac XLR was quite ahead of its time. Sitting on a Corvette C5-based platform, it packed Cadillac’s smooth Northstar V8 up front, a luxurious two-seat passenger cabin in the middle, and a surprisingly decent trunk behind. Yes, the XLR was a luxury grand tourer, basically. It was meant to be Cadillac’s flagship at the time. However, only 15,460 units were made, signaling that perhaps, Americans underestimated this lovely home-grown grand tourer. Now, they’re realizing what they missed, and the savvy enthusiast will quickly snap up this 9,990-mile 2006 Cadillac XLR from Placentia, California. This car comes with chrome wheels, a black leather interior, a black powered convertible hard top, and much more to enjoy.

The 2023 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray Coupe continues the C8’s mid-engine revolution, delivering exotic-level performance at a fraction of the price of its European rivals. Finished in Black over Jet Black and equipped with the desirable Performance Exhaust and Carbon Flash accents, this example balances stealth styling with aggressive presence. With 46,136 miles on the odometer, it has been driven and enjoyed as intended while retaining the sharp looks and everyday usability that make the C8 such a compelling platform. The 1LT trim focuses on pure driving performance, pairing the naturally aspirated LT2 V8 with a lightning-fast dual-clutch transmission in a chassis that redefined the Corvette formula.

In 2005, Chevrolet revealed the all-new C6 or sixth generation Corvette. It did away with pop-up headlamps due to tightening safety regulations, but improved upon the C5 in nearly every other way. Whether it be power, performance or luxury features, the C6 represented a healthy upgrade over the C5. That’s why even today, C6 Corvettes like this 2007 Chevrolet Corvette Coupe are considered to be a great way to sample America’s greatest home-grown sports car marque. This particular car has just 14,732 miles on the clock and comes from Colorado. It’s got the 3LT Preferred Equipment Group, the Magnetic Selective Ride Control adaptive suspension system and a lovely 6.0-liter naturally aspirated V8 under the hood.
