Overview of 2022 BMW X5 For Sale by Owner

BMW has graced us with many iconic cars and vehicles. While their initial business was airplane engine manufacturing, followed by motorcycles, and vehicles being the last, they have still innovated and typically over-engineered their offerings German-style. The X5 debuted in 1999 with the E53 generation, and the current G05 generation debuted in 2019. For 2022, BMW released an exclusive blacked-out BMW X5 called the Vermillion Edition. With just 350 units produced of the elusive 2022 BMW X5 Black Vermillion Edition, now’s your chance to get your hands on one of these, as it comes with just 2,951 miles on the odometer.

Exterior and Interior

The 2022 BMW X5 Black Vermillion Edition comes in one color and that is a Frozen Matte Black paint, which seems like it's absorbing the surrounding light. Further distinguishing it from other X5s is the exclusive red front grille slats giving it a menacing look. The front is also host to M Shadowline adaptive LED laser headlights which are darkened as well. Aggressively styled front and rear bumpers are also featured. It sits on a set of Orbit Grey painted 22” with red-painted M Sport brakes calipers. The interior features extended Merino leather upholstery and molded carbon fiber trim pieces. The seats are host to unique stitching and red piping to accentuate the design of the car. To remind you this is a special vehicle, a Black Vermillion edition labeled center console is on board, which hosts the glass gear selector, start/stop button, and drive mode selector. Anthracite Alcantara headliner graces the X5. Other features include a panoramic roof, climate-controlled seats, ambient interior lighting, a heads-up display, and an M Series leather steering wheel. A premium sound experience is provided by the exclusive Harman/Kardon surround sound system with a host of technological options.

Engine

This 2022 BMW X5 Black Vermillion Edition roars, with a 355hp spewing turbocharged inline-six engine coupled to an 8-speed sport automatic transmission from ZF. 0-60 is clocked in at 4.8 seconds, and a stirring soundtrack ensues thanks to the M Sport exhaust system. Electronically controlled dampers help in ensuring a smooth ride, while all-wheel disc M Sport disc brakes assure ample stopping power.
