



“Seems like everything Pontiac engineers touch turns to great.” These are the words of the salesman in the 68 Pontiac GTO commercial. His statement comes soon after he uses a crowbar to pound away at the front bumper of the then-new car. Automakers don’t make such commercials anymore, nor do they make such cars. That is why this gorgeous example of the 1968 Pontiac GTO is a must to consider for your classic fleet. This renowned model name entered its second generation in the '68 model year. This car features an engine swap, and according to reports, this motor only has less than 2,500 miles on it. It found its way to us from Sherman, Texas, and it is ready to arrive at your driveway.

At first glance, you would mistake this 1968 Pontiac GTO for a black coated car, albeit as you step closer, you will notice a shade of dark green that is dubbed Nightshade Green. The rear of the car boasts a large chrome bumper and a sharp rear wing. The GTO moniker appears on the front grille, deck lid, and next to the Pontiac logo-shaped safety reflectors on each side of the car. One of the party pieces of this car is its hood-mounted tachometer. This Pontiac is shod with aftermarket American Racing wheels and Nitto NT555 G2 tires.
