Ford’s Model 68 was the Michigan automaker’s V8 offering for 1935 through 1937. Originally christened the Model 48, 1936 saw the Model 68 introduced as the V8 DeLuxe model, with updated styling. The range was supremely versatile, produced in no less than six variants that included two and four door sedans, coupe, convertible, station wagon and pickup. It’s no surprise then, that these cars make for fine restomods as has been done with this 1936 Ford Model 68 2 Door Sedan 5.0L V8 from Missouri. The exact mileage is unknown, but this car more than makes up for that with its quirky mix of retro and modern.

Thirties Fords were recognizable by their angular grilles, two gaping podded headlamps, and swooping fenders. This 1936 Ford Model 68 2 Door Sedan 5.0L V8 rides on a custom chassis and boasts an all-steel body in a clean shade of white. It’s reportedly got brand new black five-spoke alloy wheels which are wrapped in new tires. If you take a closer look at the side profile, you might notice the shaved door handles look, in fact the doors are electrically actuated, as is the trunk lid. Enter the cabin and you’ll notice it’s all retro-modern here too. Sporting a gray interior theme, you sit on low-back seats with accommodations for four occupants, and the driver grips a Grant G/T wood-rimmed four-spoke steering wheel. Five VDO gauges with retro-style script communicate speed and other critical information to the driver. Further scanning the dash, you will notice the controls for the Vintage Air AC system and power windows, as well as the modern JVC head unit which is hooked up to a CD changer. Cast your eyes upwards and you might as well be in a much more modern car, as you will find proper headliner, sun visors, a roof console box, and a power sunroof.

This 1936 Ford Model 68 2 Door Sedan 5.0L V8 packs a rather more modern V8 engine underneath its stylish hood, packing the 302ci (5.0L) High Output V8 that could be found in the third-generation Mustang. This engine put out around 200hp depending on state of tune, and the drive is sent to the rear wheels via an automatic gearbox.

While many older Fords like this one have been modified into fire-breathing hot rods, this particular example has been respectfully preserved. This example, offered from Cameron Park, California, has been refreshed, showcasing period features while benefitting from updates such as a repainted finish and a replaced convertible soft top. If you’re looking for a pre-war American classic, then this 1936 Ford Model 68 Deluxe Cabriolet could be just the ticket.

Pre-war Fords are well-known as excellent resto-mod platforms for the culture of Hot rodding. These cars sport classic 1930’s designs that look great when paired with modern amenities such as alloy wheels and modern lighting. Some even go further and adopt the chop top and roadster appeal. If that's over-the-top for you, this particular 1936 Ford Model 68 5-Window Coupe Hot Rod will be much better suited. The car has just 7,566 miles on its new motor and comes with some tasteful interior and exterior enhancements. However, it still retains much of its classic Ford design and doesn't appear chopped or cut in any way.

Ford’s Torino is a midsize car that was sold between 1968 and 1976. It also dabbled in the muscle car segment, with a prime example being this first-generation 1969 Ford Torino Cobra Jet. For buyers who wanted something tamer, there was a host of straight six or V8 powerplants, but the ultimate was the massive 428ci Cobra Jet V8. That’s what this Thousand Palms-based car offers, along with a Marti Report and just 21,000 miles on the clock. In fact, 1969 Cobras like this one are quite desirable due to their rarity since many Torino’s didn’t survive due to a variety of reasons. Perhaps they weren’t quite seen as preservation candidates way back then. Now, a car like this one isn’t a common occurrence, so if you wish to own this Cobra, contact us right now.

A Thirties Ford is a fine car to build a hot rod on, because its so outrageous in 2025! Almost all the folks living today will likely never have been around when these cars came from the Ford Factory in brand-new condition, and their only view of them will likely have been from grainy, old-timey photos, or in cartoons. The latter is from where this particular 1933 Ford 3-Window Coupe Hot Rod seems to have popped from, but let us assure you, it’s real. Currently up for sale in Spring, Texas, it’s got a supercharged small-block under the hood that’s reportedly been dynoed at nearly 700 horsepower! That, its custom interior, suicide doors, Hoosier Pro Street racing rear tires and overall outlook mean that it’s a definite conversation starter, head turner, you name it. If you’d like to acquire this quirky machine, we’re glad to assist.

Falcon is one of Ford’s best-known nameplates, because its been used for cars in North America, Australia and Argentina. Today’s 1964 Ford Falcon Sprint Convertible comes from the North American line-up and is a second-generation example. With a healthy 119,104 miles on the clock, this fine Ford hails from Chula Vista, California and is a nice, sunny drop-top too. It’s got a 289 paired with a four-speeder, and some fetching aftermarket wheels as well. And that’s before we get to its rather nautical color! In short, this is the perfect first classic for someone looking to try out the American cars of the Sixties, but if you need more convincing before calling us, read on.
