Colloquially known as the “Tin Lizzie”, the Ford Model T was the world’s first mass-produced, affordable automobile. This was the vehicle that made travel by car available to middle-class Americans. It was produced through an assembly line instead of individual handcrafting, which brought the price down from $780 in 1910 to $290 in 1924. Adjusted for inflation, it’s still an impressive $5000 in modern-day money. Of course, you don't get air conditioning or an infotainment system with Apple CarPlay, but for an almost 100-year-old car, the Ford Model T was truly a bargain for its time. Rightfully, the Model T was also named the most influential car of the 20th century and was also the most-sold car in history till 1972 before being surpassed by the Volkswagen Beetle. This restored 1927 Ford Model T Coupe comes draped in coats of Burgundy and Black paint. The thin tires are wrapped around classic wooden rims with a chrome accent, which makes a great contrast to the body’s dark shades. You get a spare tire mounted on the rear, wrapped in a cover with the old Ford emblem. The grill and the headlamps come outlined in chrome, while the side mirrors are fully chrome. Never has a car had more of an impact on automotive manufacturing processes than Henry Ford’s famous Model T.
